Damosa Land Celebrates 15 Years of Innovation

For 15 years, DLI has kept its promise of developing innovative projects to uplift the quality of life in Mindanao. As the company commemorates its beginnings, its First Vice President Ricardo Lagdameo remembers one factor that brought DLI to greater heights.

“Although we are a 15-year old real estate company, we have almost 70 years of heritage when Damosa started. And I think that gives us a great advantage over our competitors,” Lagdameo said.

He went on to enumerate its milestones this year that includes the speedy construction of Damosa Diamond Tower, which is seen to be the next landmark building of Davao. Agriya is DLI’s other flagship project which will be the first agri-tourism city in Asia. Anflo Industrial Estate is the only operational industrial estate in the Davao region that has foreign locators, and by far the most successful there is. Bridgeport, which is launching soon, is another flagship project that will be situated in the Island Garden City of Samal. Microtel GenSan is one of the most profitable Microtel hotels in the country. And Regus in Damosa has been one of the most successful and profitable Regus business centers in the Philippines, as well as the biggest.

Damosa Land also commended a number of its employees for their loyalty in service to the company as well as for excellence in their job.

“A big, big thank you to all of you,” said Lagdameo to the Damosa Land family, congratulating all of them for their efforts in making up what Damosa Land is today.

He added with the assurance that “this year, we will surpass our targets from last year. Meaning to say that this year will be the highest-grossing year for Damosa Land again.”

Damosa Land is the real estate and property management arm of the Anflo Group of Companies, responsible for establishing the most iconic Damosa District in Lanang, Davao City.
