Over the years, DLI has been at the forefront when it comes to Mindanao's real estate and property development industry. DLI continues to commit itself to developing innovative and quality projects while maintaining its commitment to being part of Mindanao's growth and development.

DLI has established its name in the real estate industry after winning accolade after accolade that includes Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards’ Corporate Excellence Award and Asia CEO Awards’ Circle of Excellence for Executive Leadership Team of the Year, both in 2018.

Following its successful launch in 2017, The Outlook by Lamudi recognizes leading industry projects and developers of the Philippines as selected by an esteemed panel of judges and determined through a survey participated by 10,000 active annual property seekers. With the advances in technology and data gathering becoming a part of the industry's norm, Lamudi is in a strong position to change the traditional ways of property searching.

Philippine real estate developers nominate their projects under different categories. The panel of judges then screen nominated projects and are put through a rigorous test via a survey among thousands of property seekers. Participating property seekers will then be grouped in a way that will ensure that audience groups will only vote in categories that match their search interests.

DLI marks its 15th Anniversary this year in the business of property development.
